Minor rant about Q's customer service

In early December I ordered a pair of Clark's boots. The day after I ordered them they debited my checking my account. 3 weeks later I received the boots. I tried them on about a week after receiving them and they were too narrow for me. I wear a medium width but these were fitting like a narrow width. I sent them back the following week which was towards the end of January.

On January 8th I received a confirmation from UPS that QVC had received the boots. On Feb. 22 Q notified me by email that they had received the boots and my account would be credited soon. It is March 2nd and I am still waiting for my refund. It would be nice if I received my refund in as timely manner as they received their payment.
