Welcome to "Miley Cyrus Does Outrageous Things," on today's episode ... after winning the award for Video of the Year for "Wrecking Ball," Miley Cyrus pulled what looked a lot like a joint out of her bag and proceeded to light up onstage at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Amsterdam yesterday. You can't be arrested in the city for smoking small amounts of weed. Still, doing it onstage at an awards show did seem to be a little too much for executives at MTV, who edited out Miley's stunt when the show aired for an American audience last night.
