???Million Dollar Shoppers???

I am just trying to find something to watch while I type and this show is on Lifetime..........the man seems handsome with his long hair and unshaven face but I believe he is wearing a suit like Chanel? I think he wears lipstick but why does he not shave? Really in a dress but this happens of course so many places but the unshaven beard? He has a great hair cut but he looks so unkept as a woman yet handsome as a man.......
