It seems there might be some confusion as to what exactly constitutes a "Millennial" .

According to several websites, including Wikipedia, a Millennial is anyone born between 1981 and 1996.

That means that the oldest Millennial is 39, yes, 39 years old, and the youngest is 24.

Anyone born after  1997, is known as Generation Z.

So, there are Millennial parents, raising a Gen. Z kids.

Starting in 2025, the first of Generation Alpha will be born.

Just some food for thought.

The American Psychological Association starts Generation Z at 1997. News outlets such as The Wall Street Journal and the Harvard Business Review describe Generation Z as people born since 1997, and the New York Times describes members of Generation Z as people born after 1996.
