Mike Rowe VIVA commercial

Has anyone seen this yet?
It was a riot. Are those his real parents or TV parents?

He sure made it big with his Dirty Jobs spinoff of local CBS Evening Show in the SF Bay Area. His voice is very distinct and I think he has a long career of commercials and voice overs.
