I always thought of it as around 40-55. I guess that's why my 55th birthday bothered me more than any other ever did!

I can relate. I can't remember if I took my thyroid medication or not. Every Sun I put 7 pills in the bottle with some half pills. Now I just count how many pills are left in the bottle. 

I still end up missing a pill per week quite a bit?

My phone is always on my desk so I know where it's at. LOL!!!
