I received my order 2 weeks ago. Qvc isn't the only place that makes mistakes.

@Kachina624 How true!-- just yesterday I heard my screen door to my lanai open and someone entered and left with a package from the table there. Fortunately for me, the package should have been delivered to her in a different building in our neighborhood. The mistake was the fault of the delivery driver who did not compare my address to the right address on the package.
I am almost out of enough fingers to count the wrong deliveries caused by the drivers not the sending company.
Meanwhile, the few items I ordered recently have all arrived as estimated or days early.
My low number of purchases reflects my miminum need for whole catorgies of QVC's big sellers, not because of delivery issues or pricing.

I had a priority mail envelope take 2and 1/2 weeks to show up. Only from Tex to Alabama. Filed a claim with PO and they were of of no help, The tracking never moved on documents that were to be a 2 day delivery. Finally this week, it was delivered. USPS knew what was going on, it was because of the goverment shutdown and planes were held up. Priority mail is usually air freight. Why didn't they just admit that and not cause a lot of worry.

Kachina. It looks like our orders are sitting together at customs!! Lol. I hope they clear soon. Mine too have been there since 11/2. This should be interesting when they actually arrive.
Mine was delivered a few weeks ago. I wonder what this one is. LOL

I am waiting for an Amazon delivery. I am not a Prime member. Order placed Nov. 15 supposed to arrive Nov. 19th. Today I checked and it says delay in transport should arrive by Nov. 23. It's OK as I am not in a huge rush for this.

I bought a pair of stud earrings from JTV--was their cz brand that had a yellow coating on them, sort of an aurora borealis thing--really striking--but one of the studs had a scratch on the top---so sent them back as damaged and that I wanted a replacement--that was last month---got a notice that they had been recieved and that they were on their way to be delivered on the 17th of this month----nope!!! Looked up the tracking #--USPS--and they had been sent back to sender--because it was to the wrong address!!! Were even at my local post office!!! The address was mine too!!! So I Live Chatted with their CS and asked them to cancel the whole order. ridiculous!!!

@PinkyPetunia. I never get my Prime overnight delivery from 2 1/2 weeks ago. After getting multiple increasingly vague delivery dates, they finally refunded my money and said it was "undeliverable". I interpret that as damaged in shipping.

I only get Amazon shipping problem when it's UPS. The other day, we received notice 2 packages from Amazon and QVC were delivered at our address. It was delivered alright. To my next door neighbors. We moved fast snatching them off their porch. My neighbors are thrives. Anything that gets delivered on their porch is theirs. They don't return them, but use them. Second time we lucked out. My husband had to buy 2 flashlights, because UPS delivered it to my neighbor. So he had to buy it again.

My Amazon shipment got delayed last Friday at the warehouse down the street and I finally gave up on delivery around Wednesday and asked for and received a refund. I think the staff at the Amz Warehouse passed out my mushroom soup and blanket.
In contrast, my QVC order from last Saturday got to me in three days and four.
It was like shopping HSN!
I was so impressed after walking away from the Q after this summer's debacle with a supposed software update at the Ontario warehouse. A fellow poster told me things had improved and to take a chance.
Bravo! They really have.
