Seasons greetings to all ! And to all a Healthy New Year. I do think the mods need to create an additional forum "politics". Too often posts and ramblings get deleted by mods with quick trigger fingers. It is our 1st ammendment right to say something but some of the mods delete things very quickly. Why was an Obamacare post deleted for example?? This is a community town hall and I value freedom of speech in our great country!

Wherever did you get the idea that a discussion forum created by a business is a “community town hall” by default.

I think you must be aware of the rules of this forum as to what is and isn’t permitted. I think you would also be aware that the first amendment has no bearing on the “issue.”

Those who wish to exercise their First Amendment rights can do so on FB, Twitter, and the news and entertainment websites - that is, on those sites which still allow unrestricted commentary; few do these days and the trend is for shutting off comments on many websites.

QVC sets its own rules. The moderators are employees of QVC; they are not the rule-makers.

@Reever. Have you never read the Community Standards? Also this private message board has nothing to do with the First Amendment. You need to go to debate politics forums.
