[Sheltie Mom]

Merlin went to the bridge Saturday morning. He was 14 1/2 and seemed fine one minute and the next he couldn't walk, or even get up. The vet thought it was a stroke or a pinched nerve brought on by traume, but all he was doing was walking around our back yard. They offered to do a bunch of tests, but I just knew it was time to let my baby boy go home. It would have been six years next Friday that he came to live with me the night my mom died. I think my mom just wanted him to come home to her. Thank you for listening and please keep us in your prayers.
