I really don't know where to go with this. I know the Q boards are almost all women and tehre are plenty of older women here. So, it's really happening for me now. I'm 52 and I've started having hot flashes all the time, night sweats and general fatigue/crabbiness. Period seems to be tapering off too, finally.

Can any of you wise gals steer me in the right direction? Are there good natural supplements you can recommend, any good books to read about it? I kinda want to stay away from HRT if possible, and go a more holistic route. I've been increasing my exercise level in hope that will help with symptoms.
