Been recording the Honeymooners on my DVR and transferring them to my external drive. Plan on binge watching them when I get up to 25 episodes. Love that show, and Jackie Gleason.

I've got Ray Charles Hit the Road Jack on Sirius '60s on 6 right now.  60's

But, those films and pictures, were my young life.  Good grief!!

I watched that "Captain Video" episode of the Honeymooners just the other night -- and laughed as much as I did the first time I saw it as a kid in Queens...

I'm originally from Richmond Hill, Queens, remember those days like it was yesterday. Heart

I grew up not far from you, @Lindsays Grandma, in Flushing! My memory of those days is vivid too.

What a great idea, @hckynut !  I caught part of one of the Christmas episodes the other night -- remember the box made for "the emperor of Japan"? -- and was able to DVR the last 20 minutes of it.  Lucky you will one day have all 38 episodes (can't believe there were so few).
