Re: Meet the newest Kardashian

I don't think Dream is such a bad name.  It's probably the least of this child's problems.  Let's hope for the best with this family (for however long it remains a family, that is.)

It puzzles me how many of you disapprove of a child's name. On whose authority is there a wrong or right way to name a baby? Why do we all have to be the same?

@JaneMarple

This isn't about "whose authority" .....  just a little common sense would be nice!    Not only does the given name last a lifetime, but an odd name will cause plenty of teasing all through school.

@JaneMarple I don't know what "spice" your granddaughter is named after, but I bet I'd like it!

When my daughter was born 30 years ago,  I wanted to name her Sage.  Got a big no from family members, so went with something more "regular".  Still love the name though.

I don't care about the name.  People can name their kids whatever they want

I just do not see these two sticking it out for very long.   That's the sad part. Her name is the least of her worries...

That is actually a pretty cute newborn. Most newborns, including my daughter and grandson weren't the cutest newborns. After a couple of days, they cutened up.

I don't know what this mannequinning thing is. Is this like a thing that everyone is doing like planking?

I do agree that their shows are scripted but I hate that the put the little kids on them. If I did that I would be terrified my child would get older and really resent me for putting them on tv.

@Irshgrl31201 I had never heard of mannequinning either a week ago but saw a snippet of it taken on a candidates plane.  To be honest I didn't get it at first but then figured it out.  I guess it's the flavor of the moment? (and yes that sound you hear are my bones creaking).

That is one cute baby, here is a new picture:

Yes, the baby is beautiful. I feel for it being born into that disfunctional couple and the disfunctional, trashy K family. Just when I think they can't be more vulgar, a new item of their behavior is paraded on E news. Sign of the times, I guess.

You have great taste, my grandaughter's middle name is Sage, but I'm not going to tell her first name. Smiley Happy
