Medication?

I have been on three diffrent medications Wellbutrin, Zoloft, and Prozac. I saw a new Dr yesterday he put me on 10mg of Celexa and 2mg of Abilify, it's seems like a low dose considering the first two meds didn't do anything. I also wonder why he only have me on a 15 day supply of each?
