Medicare question....

My youngest son was recently granted SSD. Today, he received his letter, informing him of the amount of money he will receive monthly, along with the lump sum check for two years.

My question is - does anyone have Medicare Part D. He seemed interested in that because of the Rx part but we heard things about it that were not too positive.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. TIA
