For those who for whatever reason do not have this book but would like to get a copy - call : 1 800 MEDICARE or 1 800 633 5337 or go to Medicare.gov and it is available to read there.This is a free publication from the Department of Health and human services for all medicare recepients, and is the official US GOVT. medicare handbook. If you are on medicare you should have already received it in the mail - but some don't seem to have read it so i thought I'd make this info available. I doubt it will be available to you if you are not on medicare except to read it on their website.
