These are Medicare Advantages Plans. These offer as a benefit a monthly stipends. So you can order up to their amount month in "free" items. They give you a limited catalog and the items are generally personal needs, medical ( over the counter non prescriptive. You can order monthly but the dollar amount is set by your plan.

Depends on your income.  As usual the low income get all the percs.  My neighbor is a size 4X, cannot work and gets free medical, dental, food card etc.  Call a local agent. Mine knows Medicare backward & forward.  I get an appt every year & he advises me.  There is no charge.
