Medicare Advantage Plans - Anyone have problems with theirs?

I was warned by an agent how bad these plans are that they can deny claims, doctor and medical coverage. Has anyone had problems with theirs? I had wanted to sign up for an Emblem PPO plan.

Also, I'm unable to find out how much the copays are with no plans. Would someone in NY with regular Medicare (no advantage or supplement plan) please give me and idea of how much their copays run for both specialists and primary care docs? I know each doc is different but it would help if I had some idea. Thinking of maybe just taking Part K where they pay for 1/2 your copays and you have a limit on out of pocket costs and not give up my Medicare rights to an insurance company.

New to all this and would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!
