Ellen is talented as a comedienne. Her products are kind of all over the place - from scarves to floor mats?

Anyway, I think using Ellen to spout off how tolerant one is and how intolerant somebody else is...........just foolish. Some just want to argue.

And I agree - her orientation is not necessarily the reason some don't like her. Sometimes it is, though.

Yes...we are all different...with different likes and dislikes...that is what makes us unique.

ED is a public figure who puts herself out there to be liked or disliked and as we all know we do have our opinions. I like ED as an actress and comedian, but I think she can be exploitive. I've seen that little red haired boy from PA. on her show numerous times and wonder what her motivation is. What is the kid going to think when ED stops being interested in him and moves on.I don't care for her products, but I do like the way she dresses, she should have come out with a clothing line.

I watched a pet food show and one design show on QVC. I think Carolyn did a great job hosting with Ellen. I didn't buy anything because I thought the few items I liked were overpriced. The other day I tuned in to see her HGTV show and was surprised she wasn't even in it! There was a panel of judges whom I've never heard of, but are supposedly design experts. Just thought it was odd to have her name on the show, but she wasn't even there except in the opening. I have to agree with some criticism I've read about her relationship with Cover Girl. It does seem odd that she'd rep a company that does animal testing since she is so outspoken about animal rights. It's not like she needs the money. I have read about her generosity, and that's probably what I like the most about her.
