I like both, but don't use it much unless it's in recipes, or just a little bit spread in a sandwich. I like the tangy taste of Miracle Whip, but I use more Mayo. For Mayo I use either Kraft Real Mayo or Hellmann's, like them both.

I am lactose intolerant, but I can eat both of these . . . I didn't know they qualified as dairy actually. I will say when I eat them, it's a very small portion. Sometimes I can get away with dairy if I just take a bit.

Have you considered using Heinz Salad Cream? It is a popular thing in England, people put it on everything from salads to shrimp cocktails, but it is now available here. I believe you can find it in Walmart, among other places. It is tangy like Miracle Whip, but it is a dressing consistency that can be poured, not thick like Miracle Whip or Mayo.

Not really. I read every label and I was amazed how many everyday things have HFCS in it. Bread and Juices, why do they "need" it? Fake food (phood) is wrecking havoc on people's health. At the top of the list is aspartame. {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
