I own A219236. This is the purse I've written about how I think it was my daughter said, "Mom, you have something hanging from your purse". She started pulling this black thing that looked like a black piece of cord! I grabbed my purse and said, "What are you doing? You're pulling my purse apart?" It was the black painting where he paints the sides of the straps! Since then it has come off of both sides of both straps! So, not too long after that the inside lining got caught in the zipper! I was paying for something at a store, had people behind me, complaining about how long it is taking me to pay. I finally had to tear the lining to get into the purse! Since then the lining has gotten caught in the zipper so many times, I have lost count! The only good news in all of this is that the zipper is great for "healing" itself! So far it has lined back each time! I'm wondering if it is me with this problem. I've never had the straps of any purse be painted and the paint coming off! It is true, the leather is nice. But I am embarrassed to carry the purse because now that the straps are no longer painted, the leather looks like it is raveling. Just very ugly. I did recently order Tiganelo purses and I like them. However, I have decided to go back to Coach purses. I have better luck with them.
