Has she had more work on her face and neck or are they filters or photoshopping.  She is 79 years old.

Omg I love this woman.

 

She looks amazing on her presentations on the Q because she is naturally pretty.

Regarding whether Martha felt like she "had" to do this....I'm pretty sure Martha never caves to anything she doesn't want to do.
