Preds or anyone else,

Has anyone tried this exercise equipment? My girlfriend, who does not post here, asked me to inquire about it. I totally forgot until I saw this picture.

Can you work more than your arms? Seems like it from the video I just watched.

Opinions welcomed.

Preds, please do let me know. My girlfriend wanted me to join her. Exercise is a vulgar word for me. LOL LOL I know, I know, it is good for me, blah, blah, blah............................

Anyway, I'll let her know what you or anyone else thinks and go forward from there.

It looks interesting....but I wonder if it would be another piece of exercise equipment laying about in my place....I will go look at the video...

Right now I have a treadmill....a foot/arm peddle thingy...(dygraf?) and a complete set of exercise tapes...unopened....and I am still heavy....I guess I have to ACTUALLY USE THEM to the lose the weight.....what a disappointment....lol.....

Actually, Donny & Marie have signed another long-term contract with the Flamingo. Whatever your opinion, their show was rated the best stage show in Vegas multiple times. After 50+ years in show business, they are still going strong and entertaining audiences with their entertaining and versatile shows.

Donny's new CD, "The Soundtrack of My Life" is out on Tues. 1/13 and it will be his 60th album. 60th! That's quite remarkable.

My cousin and I were just talking about them. They went to see them last year at the Flamingo. He went although he was not a happy camper! He said they both lip sinced nearly every song except for Donny. I said, "you're kidding, right"? He said they absolutely lip sinced. WHAT A RIP!
