Many questions about Kindle

My son has just told me that I am getting a Kindle for Mom's Day/ my Birthday. What will I do w/it? I read about 3-4 books a week. We rarely ever go anywhere and do not travel. Most of the books I read come from the library or Goodwill. I do not think I will use it much,of course I will keep it and shut up. We own about 2,000 books and use many of them for reference.

(The other day I had a question abot religious burial and there it was in one of our books.)

Sooooo what do others do w/ theirs?

When answering my questions please keep in mind that I do not go out hardly ever. DH and I like to stay home. We like our house. We like our privacy.
