I bought Mama Mancini's meatballs at Costco for 1/2 the price. I was not impressed and will not purchase them again.

@Cntrlcstgrl   sad to hear this. These things can be so frustrating. Sometimes it isn't even the fact the item is not coming!  It is that one is being jerked around, and not being treated well. If you feel you have done your best with QVC CS, and Mama Mancini CS. I woukd by all means contact BBB.  Usually a company will respond to them.  You look where Mama Mancini main office does business.  Then, go online to the BBB, and fill out their form.  Just be brief as to main issue, and what you have done to to try to rectify your issue.   The BBB  will respond to you.  They contact the company and company is given an mount of time to respond   Right now you could go toBBB online!  You can actually look up Mama Mancini, and read their rating, how they do business and  IF there have been any complaints. If there have been complaints, you can read them.  I have done that to check a company out!

I hear ya!

I'm not really a Food Snob (except for ice cream)

...And I've tried several different brands of "frozen meatballs," and they all taste like bread crumbs with some type of "meat seasoning" to me.

I always make my meatballs from scratch - Just using my regular meatloaf recipe - They're quick and easy and delicious. Smiley Wink

I hear you, @LavernLuvsShoes.

Over the years, I've tried a brand or two, but they all tasted awful to me - dense, rubbery and weird. None were something I'd ever buy again.

One time, I had to bring a dish to a potluck, so grabbed some frozen meatballs, combined them w/ a sauce & off I went to the gathering. Later, I was mortified when I saw that after they'd been kept warm for awhile, the top few inches in the crockpot was nothing but grease. Yuck!

After that, I never wanted anything to do w/ a store bought, frozen meatball!

I purchase Mama Mancini meatballs at BJ's wholesale club, 3 lbs.  20 meatballs for $13.99.

Jumbo meatballs are $15.79 for 3 lbs. I don't know how may you get. I think ther are very good. I have not seen in the Publix where I shop

If the item is available, regardless of a price increase, the auto-delivery should be honored. That's good customer service.

If the supply is no longer available from the vendor being  the reason for the cancellation, then at the least some token monetary credit should be applied to your account. Again, that's good customer service.

QVC keeps digging their own grave.

@Etoile308  I had Striivectin Neck cream (3.4oz) on auto delivery and QVC cancelled my order. I noticed the price increased from $84 to $103. No explanation was given. I kept watching this product and it has now decreased to $71.00. I put it on auto delivery again, so I shall see how long this lasts.
