I adopted a male cat from a shelter about 2 1/2 years ago. Shortly after I got him he was diagnosed with flutd (I think those are the initials). A few months after that he was completely blocked and spent 5 days in the hospital. He gets flare ups from time to time and tonight I noticed he is starting with another one. He is on prescription food. Anyone have advice on how to limit the amount of flare ups he gets. I hate to see him suffer and the vet bills can be so expensive.
