I am drinking a glass now at my desk from yesterday. Refriged it last night.

The freshness aspect is why I linked to coffee concentrate made with a cold brewing process which protects the flavor better than a hot brewing process.

Leftovers? I'm on my fifth pot today............. And a six-pack of soda, plus a quart bowl of Jello. (It's hot and dry here!)

Trader Joe's sells coffee concentrate. I just saw it there today for the first time. $7.99 for 8 12-ounce servings. (Not worth it to me.)

I think Christ Jordan at SouthernPlate.com may have posted her recipe for iced coffee recently.

I really love iced coffee, but when I make it I brew it fresh with cold water and coffee grounds. Pioneer Woman has this recipe/approach on her website. I don't make it all the time, but when I do I can drink it for about a week. Works just fine. Now, it may not last a week, but it could.
If using leftover coffee or coffee brewed the night before, I'm not sure if that affects how long it will stay nice for you. ???

Hi Notan and ladies,
JUST purchased this on a whim today at TJs. I typically just make it myself. But every once in a great while I've tried the newer concentrates. Some people swear by them. There's a brand that Whole Foods sells called Chameleon that's very good. But be forewarned that I think for a smaller bottle than the one I purchased at TJs today it is pricey. I want to say $9.99 for a much smaller bottle.

I just got a Jura frother---heats and froths--and I am very pleased with the way it works. However, I'm having trouble with the right ratio of coffee/frothed milk. I'm using almond milk and it works well. Maybe I just need to experiment with it more, but if anyone has a tried and true method that they like, it would save me a lot of trial and error. I tried using instant espresso powder, but don't care for the flavor of that. I would like to be able to make the coffee, keep it in the refrigerator and use it as a concentrate another time. I have a Keurig and don't know if the espresso K-cups would be strong enough to make a latte---maybe if I used the smallest amount of water. We really like the Green Mountain French Vanilla Iced Coffee. Has anyone used that in their Keurig with the smallest amount of water to make a latte? If anyone has a method that they think comes close to a Starbuck's latte, I would love to know. Thanks

you might take left over coffee and put into an ice tray to freeze/place in a gallon bag and save for iced coffee. ?
better than regular ice cubes so as not to water down the coffee.
