Couldn't you come out a hunky, chunky, drunk monk, or monkette?

Re: Make Your Choice, Pick Your Poision

I had to go to my doctor last week and I've gained 5 pounds since January.  My jeans still fit fine but I'm disappointed.  I had lost 83 pounds and didn't want to gain any of it back.   Needless to say, I'm back on the wagon.

I'm already working on being a chunk -- which I'm not happy about at all! So, now, I'm thinking --- maybe I should have chosen - a drunk!  I'd probably be in a better mood!  Cat LOL

A drunk monk for me.  @SharkE do you really think things will get back to normal?   I think a new normal will evolve and it will be different but we will adapt.

I wonder if we are not living the "new normal" now.

@deepwaterdotter It's hard to say.  I guess time will tell.  Many of us have parents in long-term care facilities and family in other parts of the world.   I can adjust to whatever changes I have to, but hope that we will be able to see our loved ones in person again.
