I recently started taking Natural Vitality's Natural Calm magnesium drink. I was hoping for better sleep and less fatigue as well as the overall benefit of magnesium. I have been taking it for almost two weeks as directed and I have to say I am not sleeping any better and if anything I feel like my sleep is slighty worse. I have read that for some people it takes time but the people that I know that take it noticed a difference in how they felt very quickly. Anyone try this or have a suggestion?
