I have not made the one you mentioned @butterfly123.

But I have made Magic Chocolate Flan cakes in a bundt pan. There are many recipes for it on the Internet if you search.

Depending on how labor intensive you want to get, you can either make the chocolate cake part from scratch or use a box mix. The flan recipes are all similar in ingredients.

They are really spectacular cakes to take to a party!

Hi butterfly123!

Interesting...

When this would happen when I baked, I always called it a "Flop".  Meaning it did not turn out right.

Now, I read this link and think...Look at "ALL" those "FLOPS" that I threw away???

@butterfly123, I have never seen this nor have I heard about this. My husband would really like this pumpkin one. Maybe I will give it a whirl this weekend.

I made a very similar recipe from Pinterest, both the vanilla one and lemon. Big hits!

The chocolate version of this cake is a chocoholic's dream!

You had me until I got to the folded in egg whites.

I hate folding egg whites into anything, I can never get it streak free and end up deflating the whole thing!
