We have been married 10 years and he has never put my name on the deed. We owe nothing on the home.

I told him if he passed way first ( he's 15 yrs my senior) I do not want this farm. I want my home and the 300 acres around it.He popped that Prenup on me the day before the wedding. I was told they can be voided in such cases of late signatures. I am also a member of the Farm's general Partnership,. Do Prenups have a time length???
