For those who are interested MSF in conjunction with CBC (Canadian Broadcast Corporation) held a webcast on Oct 30th on Ebola. It is approximately 2 hours long. It delves into the current Ebola epidemic and how MSF along with the international community and the local communities are dealing with this tragedy. It is informative and gives a clear, concise and easy to understand picture of the situation.
Personally I needed to watch it. I needed to have it broken down and presented to me by MSF medical staff who worked in the Ebola affected zones. I needed the visuals.
If you have questions, concerns, fears about Ebola I encourage you to invest the 2 hours and watch.

Thank you for the link Gato. I don't have time to watch right this minute but I am going to save it. Two quick questions:
1. What is MSF? (never mind, just found that when I opened the link)
2. What one thing stood out for you?

MSF is known as Doctors Without Borders to English speakers.
The main thing? Hard to pick one thing. I guess I would say how basic the treatment process is when caught early, oral rehydration (ORS) and tylenol.

Thanks gato, I saw that when I clicked on the link. I never heard them called that before.
I am jumping in and out while I get some things ready and done so I am looking forward to watching the video when I can take the time to sit through and focus.

Thanks Marien. I took a minute to scan the article. A couple of things didn't add up for me but it would just derail this thread if I tried to point them out. Anyway, good reading.
