Lower Volume on Commercials...Was it a Joke

Supposedly the volume was to be only as loud as the program you are watching...Well I don't sleep well....and my t.v. is always on...whether I am watching or listening...and I can list many many commercials that are still way louder then what I have on...

What a shame...built up our hopes, for better viewing, and then let us down by doing the same...blaring noise.....{#emotions_dlg.mad}

I have yet to see the phone number/or website to register a complaint....
