I have a package shipped on 9/11 so when I checked for the delivery status today there is no update and it said contact customer service. I s/w a very nice CS Rep who told me there has been  a huge glitch in the system and there's a huge number  of packages that were shipped and  they are unable to track. The shipping date was posted but they have no tracking number so they don't know where they are.  She said if my package is not received by 9/20 to contact CS for a refund or to have the item shipped again, whichever I prefer. I'm just putting the iinfo out there if someone else is also wondering where their package is and I'm sure many have already contacted CS. .

@Goodie2shoes   I had the same thing happen 2X in one week.  They shipped and now when I track, there's a red banner that says "oops, Something's wrong.  Call CS."  One of the two has now been delivered.  No delivery shown on tracking though.   Keep the faith.  They'll probably show up.

@Goodie2shoes ~ I received an email (this morning) from QVC stating my Slatkin (as is)  candles will be delivered on 9/20, instead of 9/17.  No biggie.  I placed the order on 8/17, which had a delayed shipping notice for the "pumpkin patch" scented candles.

 

Like @Kachina624 mentioned, and through my own experiences, they'll show up, usually sooner than later 🐌🐌

@Goodie2shoes Usually I have them resend the item. Then, if the original item shows up, I can ship it back to QVC for no charge. Sometimes the original item shows up, sometimes it doesn't.

And when they send you the wrong things twice, you pretty much know they need to hire people who can read.  I ordered a pair of black velvet pants in a M got a pair of jeans in  size 2x, even has the buyers name on the voucher, sent it back, called mods, she reordered , got a pillow case in the next one. sent it back. Pants are paid for but don't know if I'll get them or not. Don't see a reorder., will have to call again I suppose. Disgusting!!!!!!!

I have one package with the same situation.  You can't track it, have to call Cust Serv.  They told me to wait for the est delivery.  And if it does show up to call them back.

I had ordered some Susan Graver tanks and in one package was a lace button top from Issac along with one of the tanks. No invoice, nada with this top.  I had to return the tanks since the sizing was off and just put a note in the package to return the lace top. I have has wrong items sent but this one was a first.

I have 2 packages (same item, different colors) that show they shipped on 9/1. Expected delivery date was supposed to be 9/11 but, that didn't happen and tracking just says "on its way". There is tracking, though, that last update shows it to be at my local post office and has been since 9/8. 

 

Also, I noticed that an order I place on 9/10 is just today (16th) shipping out. QVC customer service has really gone downhill.

Today I recieved my lost package that had no tracking number and it was  delivered by USPS so if anyone hasn't received a lost package hopefully it will be delivered soon and if not by 9/20 QVC will refund or resend your order as the CS rep advised.

I'm of the belief that when the tracking tells you something like "oops something went wrong contact CS" what it really means is that they've sent it but don't have the tracking info. Of course I could be wrong, but I've always received my items within days.
