I was reading another post, and it got me thinking about this. I'm sure most of us lose things around the house and/or other places, but have you ever lost something with no explanation why you can't find it? Okay, I know that doesn't make sense, but here's an example that has stuck with me for years. It was probably 12-15 years ago. I had made pizza one night. I keep a lot of my utensils in a ceramic holder on my countertop. The pizza cutter is (was) ALWAYS in there.....no reason for it to be anywhere else. Anyhow, that particular night I couldn't find the pizza cutter.....searched high and low.....DH and DS searched high and low........never did find it! We searched for it every time we thought about it. It's not like something we didn't use often, as we do have pizza fairly often. There is no reason it would have or should have ever left this house. All these years later, and we still haven't found it.

I have lost other things, too, like my cell phone at a Christmas party.....never found it, but that could sort of be explained, as someone could have picked it up. Have you ever lost something in your home that you can't believe you never found?
