Thanks-I will try pet smart since it is within walking. My big ones don't fit these cans. I know I can use plastic wrap or a container but I didn't want to if I didn't have to.

Re: Looking for a small lid for small cat tins.

My current kitty doesn't care for canned food, even though I keep a couple of cans on hand, just in case. For one of my previous cats, though, I discovered the clear plastic lids to something else was a perfect size to fit those little cans, but I can't recall what the lids were from & it doesn't say on the lids (I kept a bunch of them). I can't recall if they were lids from yogurt, Pringles, Crystal Lite or something else & I remember I discovered quite by accident that they also fit of the top of those little cat food cans. I know that's no help, but you might check around your kitchen to see if you have something that would work. I also have a bunch of the ones made specifically for cat food cans & I found these other ones worked better, because they were easier to get off & on the can, because they fit the top size wise, but you could just lift them up & off.

I do recall that the lids off of cans of ready made cake frosting fit the larger cans of cat food.

I gave up on those...I just put the whole can in a small lock & lock and it stays fresh...and fewer odors too.

Re: Looking for a small lid for small cat tins.

Like Terrier3, I like a container for the food. I use the Rubbermaid containers with the red tops as the tops are very secure. We use different sizes for our dog and 2 cats, one likes Friskies and the picky female like Fancy Feast so those are smaller cans. I put a fresh can in the containers & then rinse the cans so they don't smell in the trash. And wash the Rubbermaid after it's empty before a new can goes in. I was using ziplocks over them but I don't like how messy they still get, the can and the bag!! Much cleaner and tidier this way Smiley Happy and no smell in the fridge!!
