My favorite food blogger, Kevin, has prepared 50 of his recipes for Easter. Some are also appropriate for Passover, and if anyone is interested, I did find a couple specifically for Passover, including a flourless chocolate cake.
Kevin's blog is called Closet Cooking. He became interested in cooking when he lived in a small apartment with a closet sized kitchen. I've made several of his recipes and we really like them.
Easter specials found here:

You did it now Noel. I'm not even half way though the listing and I'm about to start drooling. I've bookmarked the link and know where I'll be spending some of my ""me time"".

Marp, I highly recommend Kevin. Here's his home page, which also features the Easter recipes for today:
You can subscribe and he will send you copies of each new recipe he comes up with. You can also look on his website for categories of recipes. He sends out collections like this one for every holiday.
I hope you have fun browsing

Then you came to the right place
I've collected quite a few recipes and ideas, let me know if you need anything specific. I'll see if I have anything that can help.
Happy Easter, chumlee, and have a wonderful dinner!

There are many really good looking recipes on here. I am going to try the Asparagus, baby artichoke, pesto and goat cheese quiche with the quinoa crust. That is right up my alley. Thanks for the link. I am always looking for recipes that include lots of veggies and this site seems to have many.

I won't be cooking Easter dinner for anyone this year. I miss my family Easter gatherings, used to always have a baked ham and all the good stuff. Appreciate you sharing the link Noel, we can never have too many good recipes. I wish everyone a blessed Easter.

OH yeah. I will be spending some time on THIS website! Thanks Noel. I read cookbooks like novels.
I just finished a pot of white chili from a recipe I found on the Q recipe site. It smells awesome!

You're welcome, Irshgrl
One thing I really like about Kevin is that he can do really fancy looking dishes but they're not complicated.
