I'm looking for the name, item number if available, of an item that will "block out" personal info, addresses, Rx numbers, credit card statements, etc.  I know it's not a good description, but this thing is something like a roll-on ink stamp and was sold in units of 3.  I've looked at "security" items, but no luck.  Mayber someone can help.  TIA,

@coffee drinkerMy experience has been... they don't work.  Tilt the document a little and you can still see the info. Woman Sad

As far as getting rid of what’s on prescription bottles, take off lid of empty bottle, place entire bottle in warm water, let sit for a few minutes.

You can scrape off every bit of the label.

I’ve always bought those blackout thingys and one day an empty prescription bottle fell into my kitchen sink that had a bowl of water in it.

I picked up up the bottle and I just took my nail and the entire thing came off immediately.

Now that’s all I do.  I have a shredder for everything else.

Guard your ID.  There are many options to choose from.   I use mine everyday.  Just search under the title to see what is offered.

I have not found these things to work very well. Shredding or peeling off labels with vital personal info is best. I have a pair of shredding scissors I bought from the Container Store. They are great if you want to shred up checks or smaller pieces of paper like envelopes.

@lovessrecess @Mombo1 @Annabellethecat66 @spent2much @TheMemphisVette   Thank you all for the item number and honest reviews.  I'll pass on this item.  You saved me about $25.

@coffee drinker @I bought those things when they were shown a long time ago.

They’re sitting in a drawer like a lot of the QVC “stuff” I bought that seemed like a good idea at the time.😜

but you need a shredder

I use the roller thing on boxes to cover a bar code if I am reusing the box

and you can peel of a RX label

@coffee drinker

Hhmmm, some bad reviews here yet I love mine and use it a lot. Just for the heck of it before posting this I took out a bill that's due soon and ran it over the top part (the part you keep) covering my name/address & account number. I ran it vertically then horizontally over that info then went to the window and held it every which way. I can't read a thing on it, it's all blanked out. Wonder why it doesn't work for some people.
