It depends on the man.  It really does.  But I definitely don't like completely shaved heads or hair down to the middle of the back or longer.

I think the age of a man has a lot to do with how good his hair looks.  Younger guys (under 35) can pull off the long hair look.  But once a man matures, I like a shorter cut.  I'm also not a big fan of the scruff men are wearing.  Esp. if its graying, does nothing for a guy imo, just shave already.

Older men with pony tails and thinning graying wiry longer hair just look like old hippies to me.  If a man is seriously going bald I think a shaved head look is good.  Dr. Phil keeps his sides trimmed and his mustache trimmed and I think he looks OK that way.

Jeff Bridges is probably one of the very few older fellows that can wear his hair long and still look good.  He has nice thick wavy hair - most men aren't that lucky.

Prefer nicely trimmed.  I never cared for longer hair except when I was young.  I would like with a chiseled chin now if that existed in our category, whatever that is.

I also don't like several days growth with gray hair.  It just looks unkept.  To me it isn't appealing.

You mean that you're not into blue or pink hair?! Smiley Very Happy

I actually think that it would be fun to try some hair paint that you can wash out after awhile, but knowing my luck with my skin allergies, that would happen where I'd be allergic to it, even after testing it! Smiley Tongue

I agree with you about men's hair, though. I could go for either short or long.

My husband wears his hair really short now. It looks really nice that way.

I prefer short hair. Clean and sleek.

My two youngest have long hair.  The youngest keeps it long, but the other one will let it grow and grow...  And then out of the blue, out come the #2 Clippers.  It does take some getting used to.  The change is so drastic!  Smiley Surprised
