Logged in and got a new question

Didn't quite know how to title this message but as I just logged in today I got a message asking to confirm I am not a robot. I'm sure this is a new security thing. Didn't see if another thread had already started. I guess there have been robots logging in !

I haven't had to do that yet, but I'm not really surprised. I always wonder just how these "robots" are able to get into so many things.

@Goodie2shoes I noticed that about a week ago, it happens every now and then to me but not every time I log in.

I've never gotten the robot message on QVC. I guess they know if I was one, I'd be smarter.

Sometimes for me when I try to login too fast, I get the robot or captcha thing. So I give it an extra few seconds before hitting the 'login' button. Not had it happen with the Q, however.

I got it too lol, I thought it was weird. Now we worry about robots.

I was on the Daily Mail site (bad site for tracking) today already reading for a while, when I got a full screen pop up that looked legit asking if I was a robot. I just quickly deleted the site and checked online to find that it is a major scam right now. Several are reporting it from different sites. Just beware.

If it happens when trying to log in to a site, it is less likely to be a scam, for more secure sites, or when making purchases, but I'm not very trusting after my event and have never had this happen with the Q. Maybe we should ask the Social Team.
