 You should ask other people in the family if they are in contact with them or if they have contact info, even if it's old.  If no one else has this information; if it's been years or decades since they've been in touch with anyone, I'd forget about them.  I certainly wouldn't stalk them.  Sometimes people distance themselves for a reason.

There are two sections to the page, the top of the page will give you "view full report" information - you have to pay for that.

 

Scroll down the page and you will get a section "view details".  If it's available, it will give you the phone number and address for free.
