Re: ~*Lizzie Borden Viewing Thread*~

I started to watch it, but then fell asleep. When I woke up, it was a re-run of "Flowers in the Attic".

Btw, what happened to Elizabeth's birth mom???

Re: ~*Lizzie Borden Viewing Thread*~

I just tried to read through most of this. I was wondering what kind of relationship Lizzy and Emma had? Surely there were people they went to school with or other relatives that would have spoken up for her if they thought her innocent??

Emma was born 1851 and Lizzie in 1860, but there was another daughter, Alice born in 1856? Wonder what happened to her.

"Uterine congestion", is that another way of saying uterine cancer?

Pelvic congestion syndrome (also known as pelvic vein incompetence) is a medical condition in women caused by varicose veins in the lower abdomen. The condition causes chronic pain, often manifesting as a constant dull ache, which can be aggravated by standing.

Thanks for the new info ladies.

Hi sweetpea...yes I did notice Mom was on her face and then for some reason they showed her on her back...maybe for shock value? Who knows.

The music was very distracting to me and did not fit the time frame. I can't imagine what they were thinking choosing the music?
