@kaydee50 - Ironically, I ordered a Denim & Co jacket from "As Is" last week for $45.

It just arrived today.  I was looking at my orders and unbelievably, it's now priced at $25!  So, I'm in the same situation as you; QVC's policy says one thing and they tell you something different, when you request a price difference refund.

They never address the issue of what they're telling you not matching their written online policy.

Time for a class-action lawsuit, I think.

@Venezia I bet it was the same one, item #A730750, the sherpa jacket??  I have to admit that I was able to use a 25% off coupon on this "as is" item which surprised me.  So my cost was $36.  But still there is too much "fine print" in these offers.

I would try calling customer service.  Maybe you'll get a more "helpful" rep.

Good luck!

@kaydee50 - LOL, yes, it was that jacket!!!  I've looked at it since it was the TSV and finally decided to grab it, when I saw it in "As Is" with free shipping.

I got the regular in navy and really like it, but the sleeves are too long.  I've put the petite version in my wish list.  If they do free shipping again, I'll order another color.

UPDATE:  I just did a live chat following your suggestion and the CS rep has issued a refund!  I'm a happy camper.
