Little Richard...wow, that brings back a lot of memories.  I can hear him in my head singing songs like:

Tutti Frutti

Good Golly, Miss Molly

Keep Knocking

LongTall Sally

A Whole Lot Of Shakin'

And many, many more.  He was quite a showman.  RIP Little Richard.

So sad that all the great ones are dying.  Enertainers today dont hold a candle to the stars from yester year.

Music went downhill fast afer the Vietnam War. Its completely unlistenable today.  Luckily we can still play our records and get taken back to a simpler time.

Long Tall Sally, the first song I heard Little Richard sing!  I was very young but my older brother who was a big fan of  Rock and Roll always had the radio on and listening to the music, I became a fan too.   Lucille was one of my favorite Little Richard songs and I enjoyed seeing him on TV when he appeared playing the piano and singing only like Little Richard could, he was unique and a legend of rock and roll.

May he be at peace with God.

He is rocking and rolling in Heaven!

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

A whole different era defining "rock and roll".

What a time it was!

RIP, Little Richard.
