Not sure where in CA you think they are but it's nowhere close to 100 degrees in Montecito! 

Tomorrow the high will be around 60 with a low in the 40s. Even in the height of summer Montecito has average temps in the mid 70s to low 80s with lows in the 60s.

And Meghan is wearing a jacket so it was probably a little chilly that day. I doubt that this is a "cover up" for something that they don't want people to see. A turban really?
