I know that this is being talked to death but I just wanted to add my own thoughts.
First of all, the Elizabeth Taylor show was a loser. The pieces were not replicas of Liz's jewelry but items inspired by her pieces. Certainly not the quality or caliber of Jackie's collection. And it was awkward between Lisa and the vendor. It was not comfortable to watch.
I thought Lisa's party was done well. Under difficult conditions, she carried it off with poise and comfort. Leaving a position after 20 years is tough - I know because I retired after 25 years at my job and I was a mess all day! She never lost her composure until the end. She looked beautiful, as always, except that I agreed with her - that beautiful coat had to go! I did wish that someone would have pinned that one bit of hair that kept falling across her face - that was distracting! I was particularly surprised at the genuine emotion of the male vendors - it was evident that she is well-liked among them. And that guy from Jai John Hardy - Scot - well now, the sparks were flying - there's more there than we saw on air!!!!!
Like her or not - she was a force to deal with. She will be missed by everyone - those who didn't like her no longer have her to bash. And those who did like her will miss her style and grace.

This says it in a nutshell... Thank you!
"Like her or not - she was a force to deal with. She will be missed by everyone - those who didn't like her no longer have her to bash. And those who did like her will miss her style and grace."
And her humor.... she is actually a very funny lady!

I agree. Very well said and I, too, will miss her tremendously. She was fun, knowledgeable and gracious.

Let's not forget how self-deprecating she was. For her to admit her flaws just added to the fun. She had a great sense of how to use humor.

I agree.....she will be missed by many.
Scott from John Hardy posted a tribute to her either on FB or here....but they are just very good friends.
The ET guy was very odd....missed most of the show.

I don't do fashion and beauty, but having watched Q for decades, I do know Lisa's work. She was so professional and very good at her job. I think it is a loss for Q that she is gone, and even though I only saw little bits of her here and there over the years, I have great respect for the job she did, and how well she did it.
I don't think they currently have anyone on staff that will be able to fill her shoes.

I kept thinking that Lisa was a former Miss Tennessee and has the style and contacts to carry off the upscale inventory. I can't think who could do it now.
