Lisa Robertson - Closing her On Line Business

I watched her Sunday night show and she reminded everyone that she is closing her business as of Tuesday, 31 October.  If anyone wants to order anything from her site, you have until then, but remember you can not return anything.

Are you ordering anything?

Never got a thing from her after she left QVC. I liked some of the things she brought to her shoppers.

No. I’ve ordered a couple of things over the years but what is left is no interest to me, especially the clothing.

Not me either......I took a look after her closing announcement & was shocked.

Blouses looked old style & not fresh.....  everything appeared to have been recycled from somewhere...God knows where.

@AuntG , I haven't ordered anything from her site since June 2020.  At the beginning, she had reasonable prices, but then her asking price on items were getting ridiculous.

I don't think she has done well in her business lately and I think that is the real reason why she is closing, even though she says otherwise (retiring and spending time with her husband).  I wish Lisa well, and I like her, but I think she should have stayed at QVC.

Sadly, her estate is still up for sale.  Not a good economy right now.  She should have never bought that place and just rented somewhere and stayed in her previous home.

@Stray I mostly ordered garden items.  Lisa's clothing offers really disappointed me and I just think towards the end, she was just throwing anything up there on her site.  I don't think she would wear 1/2 of what she offered.

@fthunt , I agree with your statement.  When Lisa first opened her business, the clothes were nice and reasonable in price.  I bought a couple of sweaters.  But, like I said, I mostly spent on garden items.  Over the past 3-4 years, her selection in clothing were not something I would even think Lisa would wear and the prices were absolutely ridiculous.  I think she priced herself out of business, sadly.

@kittykatkay -I agree, especially those distressed jeans & those blouses. She models the items but I don’t think she’d wear any of them.

I don’t have a garden but the items seem nice. I ordered her artificial tulips & I liked the quality.
