@annie57   Pottstown is considered a suburb of Phila.  I agree that Lisa does not live in Pottstown proper, but her rural area uses Pottstown's post office as it is closest.

She is about 40 miles from Phila by car.....so not all that close.

I agree that there are a few horse farms in her area and her place was/is a horse farm.  There are more cattle farms than horse farms nearby.

I never understood her vlog site. It was always the same information when I checked it out so P.S and and by the way I stopped checking.

She brought class to QVC back in the day.  There is no host as classy.  No one does those Italian gold shows from Italy either.  She must have had an exculsive on them. Hopefully she is on to bigger things.

I looked at her B page out of curiosity..... Just wow!!!

She has a following...People will truly buy anything- lol

I have honestly never seen such hideous, tacky, ornate Christmas trees in my life!!! They are laughable and actually, astonishing!!!

Her items are cheap-looking and ugly!

All I know about Lisa Robertson is that she sold me a shaper  years ago on the Q that she swore would not roll.  Guess what....it rolled.  I'm still mad.😄

@Carmie   Yes, it will be difficult to sell at this price for all the reasons you mention, plus buyers with cash are sitting on the sidelines...these buyers are waiting for the already started downward spiral.  Many buyers are not qualifying for loans and they are dropping out of escrow.  Other buyers are not applying due to high mortgage rates. Sellers are starting to panic, especially those who purchased for rental income (which is also coming down).  

The sooner LR can sell this property, the better for her financially.
