Lisa Robertson did not leave the Q on bad terms. Her huge problems with a stalker were a part of her decision to get off of tv and maintain a less public schedule than she had when on the Q.
I am amazed at all of the criticism and opinions based on the most superficial knowledge or lack thereof. Those old sayings about glass houses and walking a mile in someone else's shoes are as true today as ever.

Sorry, but I disagree. The stalker "incidents" occurred FAR before the time she left QVC. She left QVC, imo, as she was ready for a change.

I REALLY don't care why the DIVA left QVC, but I'm REALLY glad that she's GONE.

I haven't seen one post here that said - or even implied - that Lisa herself caused someone to stalk her. Not even close. No one is "blaming the victim", so I'm not sure why a few posters are saying that.
What some of us are saying is that she posts too much identifying information. For someone who has been stalked and even for someone who hasn't. It's just not smart for anyone - especially a public figure and especially one with a history of having been stalked - to post regularly about favorite places she likes to go and where she can be found at a particular moment in time. (I'm not talking about public events - I'm talking about private things.)
And no one has said that she should stay home, not go out, and cease living her life! It just would be wiser for her to actually live her life and not be so focused on publicly documenting and advertising every detail.
It's not only unsafe and unwise, it's completely unnecessary. Surely she can keep an interesting FB page going without revealing so much personal information.

Lisa has plenty of earning years left and it certainly makes sense that as a business woman she wants to be viable and stay connected. To suggest she should change anything because if she doesn't she is unwise IS not only unfairly judging her but in fact blaming her for the stalking issue.

I completely disagree. She can certainly be viable and stay connected without advertising her personal comings and goings. It's not necessary. Very successful people - both famous and not -- do it all the time.
No one here is blaming her for the stalking issue. She did nothing to make that happen in the first place, and from what I've seen no one here has said that she did.

I liked her. She was a really good host.
I am disappointed by her latest endeavors, but it's not my life to lead. I hope she's happy. I, personally, think she made a HUGE mistake leaving QVC so young. Heck, she wasn't even 50. It's not like she's gone on to anything super special. But, again...all that matters is that she's happy.
The stalkers had nothing to do with her leaving QVC. She worked many years with stalkers and left for other reasons-obviously.

ITA No one has said she wasn't stalked. I agree with your comments! She didn't need to post her every move if she was so concerned about stalkers.

I'm not distancing myself from any of my words, it's YOUR interpretation of them, which - hey, interpret them any way that makes you happy. But don't suppose you will drive me away by your posts or scare me off or whatever, 'cos I'll move on when I'm good and ready - and participate in any future threads I choose to. The Lisa threads always die down until someone decides to stir that particular pot again.
However, since you're clearly enjoying singling me out when others have said similar or have actually been specific to Lisa when I was not, I'm no longer going to play the ******-for-tat game. I think people have made up their own minds what they believe and I'm totally fine with that. Ta-ta!
