I hope that she pulls through but as mentioned earlier she is in her mid fifties, excessive drug use, and grief can all play a part.

I saw that in the NY Post. It said they believed she had a Cardiac Arrest. She is 54 years old, Priscilla is 77 years old.

Thoughts for her and her family that she recoveres from this. Those instances need immediate intervention or the outcomes are not very positive.  🙏

Lisa Marie admittedly has a history of opiod and alcohol abuse. This may have played a role in her cardiac event.

From her interview with CNN in 2019:

“I had never openly spoken in public about my own addiction to opioids and painkillers,” she wrote. “I wasn’t sure that I was ready to share on such a personal topic.”

Presley said she became addicted when she was given a short-term prescription during her recovery from the birth of her twin daughters, Vivienne and Finley, in 2008.

She’s faced a “difficult path” with her recovery but said, “It is time for us to say goodbye to shame about addiction.”

“Across America and the world, people are dying in mind-boggling numbers because of opioid and other drug overdoses,” Presley wrote in the book. “Many more people are suffering silently, addicted to opioids and other substances. I am writing this in the hope that I can play a small part in focusing attention on this terrible crisis.”

TMZ: A source with direct knowledge tells us it was Lisa Marie's housekeeper who found her unresponsive in her bedroom, and Lisa's ex-husband, Danny Keough, performed CPR until paramedics arrived.

Oh, no!  We just saw her while watching the Golden Globes.  They showed her and Priscilla when Austin Butler was giving his acceptance speech.

She is 55 years old and comes from a family with heart disease and a personal history of drug addiction.  Did you even read the posts on this thread? This is not a "young healthy person with a sudden heart issue."

Thanks for posting those pictures.  I don't know how long ago the top picture was taken but she has changed dramatically in her looks, IMO.

I know others have said she is in her 50's.  I don't consider 54-55 old, middle aged--yes,  but not old.  To me, LMP always seemed so sad.  Actually, the top picture is the happiest I have ever seen her. I agree genetics, hard living, stress and a loss of a child does take a toll. How shocking for her mother and children.
