Lip-Syncing on X-Factor

Fox has admitted that it allows some lip syncing on X-Factor. The "groups" are always allowed to lip sync so that they can concentrate on their dancing. The solo artists are not allowed to lip sync during competition...but they can during ensemble performances. LeRoy Bell was caught lip syncing this week during one of the ensemble routines. Apparently he started singing before he put his mic up to his mouth. So, Fox had to fess up. They said other shows allow lip syncing for their groups so they are just following suit. Hmmmm.
